ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing Onyx Mail's infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately disconnect from all Onyx services and purge any cached data.

SERVICE ARCHITECTURE

Onyx Mail operates a zero-knowledge email infrastructure service. We provide the pipes; you provide the encryption. Our architecture ensures that we have no ability to access, read, or decrypt your communications.

[2.1] What We Provide:

Distributed SMTP/IMAP infrastructure across 47 global nodes
End-to-end encrypted message routing
Quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
Anonymous account creation and management
Zero-logging architecture by design

[2.2] What We DON'T Do:

Store plaintext messages or metadata
Log IP addresses or connection details
Implement backdoors or key escrow
Comply with surveillance requests
Monetize or analyze user data

Maintain exclusive control of your private keys
Use cryptographically secure passwords (entropy > 128 bits)
Enable two-factor authentication when available
Verify message signatures and certificates
Report suspected security incidents immediately

[4.2] Prohibited Activities:

Attempting to breach or test our infrastructure without authorization
Transmitting malware, viruses, or destructive code
Violating applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Impersonating Onyx Mail or its services
Attempting to de-anonymize other users

⚠ WARNING: Violation results in immediate account termination
No appeals. No exceptions. No logs to review.

GOVERNMENT & LAW ENFORCEMENT

WARRANT CANARY: ACTIVE ✓

As of 2025-08-11, Onyx Mail has received ZERO national security letters, ZERO warrants, and ZERO gag orders. We have provided ZERO bytes of user data to any government entity because we possess ZERO readable user data.

Our response to all data requests is consistent and automated:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH THE FOLLOWING GUARANTEES:

Zero-knowledge architecture
No data logging
Encrypted storage
99.9% uptime SLA

WE DON'T GUARANTEE:

Recovery of lost keys
Protection from user error
Immunity from quantum computers
Service availability in all jurisdictions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for lost keys, forgotten passwords, or acts of God/FSM/entropy.

TERMINATION PROTOCOL

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by mathematics and cryptography first, laws second. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a jurisdiction that recognizes digital privacy as a fundamental right.
